2. Refundable Services You may request a refund for the following services:
Shared hosting packages (within 14 days from the purchase date)
VPS/VDS servers (within 3 days from the purchase date, only in the case of technical issues)
Additional services excluding domain registrations (e.g., backup services)
3. Non-Refundable Services Refunds are not available for the following services:
Domain registration and renewal
License purchases (e.g., cPanel, DirectAdmin, Plesk)
Custom-configured servers
4. Refund Process
Refund requests must be submitted by opening a support ticket through the client panel.
Refund requests will be processed within a maximum of 7 business days after submission.
The refunded amount will be returned using the original payment method. Processing times for credit card or bank transfers may vary depending on the bank.
Accounts found to be exceeding usage limits or engaging in abuse will forfeit their right to a refund.
5. Cancellation and Refund Conditions
The service for which a refund is requested must be unused or minimally used.
If any violation or abuse is detected during the service period, no refund will be issued.
Refunds are not applicable for promotional or discounted services.
6. Changes and Updates Hostagen reserves the right to modify its refund policy. Updated policies will take effect upon publication on our website.
